Day 1: Guiyang Pick-up | Langde Miao Village – Baiyan Village (Leigong Mountain Area)
Langde Miao Village (朗德苗寨) Your journey begins with a visit to Langde, one of the most representative Miao villages in Guizhou. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a traditional ceremony featuring the famous “Twelve Blocking Wine Ritual,” a unique expression of Miao hospitality where guests are greeted with rice wine along the village entrance. Inside the village, you’ll see traditional wooden stilt houses, local costumes, and cultural performances that reflect the rich heritage of the Miao people.
Baiyan Village (白岩村) Continue into the Leigong Mountain area to reach Baiyan Village, a hidden gem nestled among the mountains. This quiet Miao village is perched above layers of rice terraces that stretch like green waves across the hills.
