Product Description
Part I: Mindful Movement — Private Chen-Style Tai Chi 1 hour(Indoor Studio)
Your wellness journey begins in a private, quiet indoor space designed for focused, mindful learning. Here, you will train with a professional master from the legendary Chenjiagou lineage—the birthplace and recognized historical "root" of all Tai Chi.
Unlike the simplified, purely slow-motion routines commonly seen in tourist areas, you will learn authentic Chen-style movements. The focus of this session is "Chansijin" (Silk-Reeling Energy): a specialized head-to-toe helical movement that acts like gently wringing out a wet towel. This precise, spiraling motion targets and activates the deep stabilizing muscles rarely used in conventional gym workouts. It is a highly practical, modern body restoration routine disguised as an ancient martial art—instantly unlocking stiff shoulders, tight lower backs, and neck tension built up from desk-bound daily life.
Part II: Botanical Wisdom — TCM University Museum & Herb Garden
Next, journey to the renowned Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Guided by your translator-guide, you will tour the state-of-the-art Museum of TCM to explore the fascinating history of acupuncture, ancient medical texts, and diagnostic philosophies. Afterward, take a peaceful stroll through the "Baicao Garden" (Herb Garden) to see, touch, and learn about the diverse native plants and natural botanicals used to restore internal balance.
Part III: The Healing Hands — Consultation & Customized Therapy
Conclude your experience in a serene clinical setting with a senior TCM physician. After a tactile pulse consultation to assess your unique constitution, you will receive a restorative therapy session tailored to your needs. You can choose one of four traditional treatments:Tuina Massage / Handmade Moxibustion / Guasha + Cupping /Acupuncture
- Tuina Massage: Deep-tissue meridian massage to release physical blockages and muscle tightness.
- Handmade Moxibustion: Thermal therapy using burning mugwort to warm the meridians, boost circulation, and relieve cold-related body aches.
- Guasha + Cupping: Combined scraping and suction therapies to draw out toxins, relieve deep muscle tension, and alleviate fatigue.
- Acupuncture: Precise needle stimulation to unblock the body's energy pathways and restore balance.
