Sisi was the best tour guide!! She was attentive and very knowledgeable. We had seniors on our tour and she was easy to accommodate our pace and found accessible ways for us to navigate the city. She knew all the hidden places to get the best experience. She has made our experience a special one in Chongqing. I will definitely recommend this tour to all my friends!

Our booking experience and our tour was smooth, professional, and well organized. Sisi was an awesome and caring tour guide! We had 2 seniors in our group, so she was very strategic about our itinerary. The pace was efficient, yet it still felt like we were being shown around by a friend. She knew all the shortcuts and less crowded routes. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Chongqing for the first time.

Our tour in Chongqing was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly enjoyed discovering the city in such a memorable way. Sisi was an exceptional guide. Her knowledge of Chongqing’s history and culture, combined with her kindness and humor, made the experience unforgettable. On top of that, her French is really impressive and her English is absolutely incredible, it made communication so easy and enjoyable for us. Sisi is not only an amazing guide, but a very responsible humble person who is very committed in her job as a tour guide. I happened to book tours during some of the hottest summer in july. I can see how Sisi prioritises safety and comfort of everyone. She also knows her physical limits and I appreciate her transparency as a guide as clear communication is very important especially when doing outdoor tours under very hot weather. She is also a very responsible person, eventhough she had to leave us earlier due to her feeling unwell and dehydrated after our very long exhausting day, she stayed long enough to ensure that our booking for hotpot table is secured before the drone show and still stayed up late to ensure we safely arrived back to our accomodation by ordering us didi cab remotely. Her actions that day show high level of accountability and professionalism despite her reaching her physocal limits that day. This is the quality that tour guides should have, the ability to clearly communicate and high level of accountability. She is IMPRESSIVE. And dear readers, please dont get the wrong impression about her physical limitations, within this context, it's highly justified since she literally did back to back mountain tour and neighbourhood tour under extremely hot weather that week with us (heck! Even we felt ill after the tours), the weather was merciless on us! 😅😭

She was also very flexible, quickly coming up with alternative plans whenever anything disrupted our original itinerary. Highly recommended! P.S. Sisi had been an amazing host for the walking tour of Chongqing. It had been raining the whole day but she still made the effort to make sure nothing is missed. She has amazing local knowledge and is able to navigate flawlessly through all the nooks and crannies of Chongqing. She was also able to recommend great places for meals and tea.

I really liked the tour. Some minor details were not how I wished they would be but that's more due to my personal preferences.
