Sisi is not only an amazing guide, but a very responsible humble person who is very committed in her job as a tour guide. I happened to book tours during some of the hottest summer in july. I can see how Sisi prioritises safety and comfort of everyone. She also knows her physical limits and I appreciate her transparency as a guide as clear communication is very important especially when doing outdoor tours under very hot weather. She is also a very responsible person, eventhough she had to leave us earlier due to her feeling unwell and dehydrated after our very long exhausting day, she stayed long enough to ensure that our booking for hotpot table is secured before the drone show and still stayed up late to ensure we safely arrived back to our accomodation by ordering us didi cab remotely. Her actions that day show high level of accountability and professionalism despite her reaching her physocal limits that day. This is the quality that tour guides should have, the ability to clearly communicate and high level of accountability. She is IMPRESSIVE. And dear readers, please dont get the wrong impression about her physical limitations, within this context, it's highly justified since she literally did back to back mountain tour and neighbourhood tour under extremely hot weather that week with us (heck! Even we felt ill after the tours), the weather was merciless on us! 😅😭

Sisi is a wonderful tour guide who is very knowledgeable about the local histories and stories. She was also very flexible, quickly coming up with alternative plans whenever anything disrupted our original itinerary. Highly recommended! P.S. Sisi had been an amazing host for the walking tour of Chongqing. It had been raining the whole day but she still made the effort to make sure nothing is missed. She has amazing local knowledge and is able to navigate flawlessly through all the nooks and crannies of Chongqing. She was also able to recommend great places for meals and tea.

I really liked the tour. Some minor details were not how I wished they would be but that's more due to my personal preferences.

I joined the Walking Tour of Local Neighborhoods today and had an enjoyable time. Our host, Sisi, was engaging and maintained a comfortable pace throughout. She was attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed a break or wanted to use the restroom, which I really appreciated. To be honest, I wouldn’t have been able to explore these local neighborhoods on my own, so the tour gave me a valuable and authentic glimpse into everyday life in Chongqing. Since it’s summer, I was also given the option to start the tour earlier in the morning or later in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to see a different side of Chongqing.

Amazing tour! Sisi customized an eight hour tour for no additional charge. She adapted to our requests on the fly while keeping us on schedule. It was very convenient that she paid for everything during the day, that way we just settled evenly at the end of the tour. I've done tours like this around the world, and this one is by far the most interesting and intimate. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chongqing!

Sisi was a fantastic tour guide, generously sharing her knowledge of the city and its culture, as well as her own stories. We had an enjoyable time walking around the city and learnt much.

Sisi is extremely knowledgeable about the urban geography of Chongqing. She knows so many secret shortcuts and the most iconic Instagram-worthy spots in the city. Her English is superb and my husband's who is an English native speaker was delighted to be able to joke and banter with Sisi while climbing the endless steps in the city, while also learning choice nuggets of info about Chinese history and society. Absolutely recommended. Please wear your best hiking or sports shoes as we did 25,000 steps the day of the tour. 

It was such a great time walking around Chongqing with Sisi! Not only did we see so much more of the city (than if we had traveled around just the two of us), we had fun getting to share our personal thoughts and questions with Sisi, who was so patient too. We initially thought the tour was a bit pricey but looking back we don't regret booking it at all, it was quite an amazing day full of walking, eating, and learning.
