Itinerary

Part 1 The city center

Start from Jiefangbei, the traditional center of Chongqing, and then head to Bayi Food Street or enjoy delicious food in other areas around Jiefangbei.

Kuixing Tower: The square seems to be on the “ground”, but it’s actually at the height of the 22nd floor. There is an office building on one side and a hospital on the other. It has a complex terrain and is an excellent shooting spot.

Part 2 The Cityscape Metro

Take the metro to Liziba Station to see the train passing through the building.

It is along the river, running between the riverbank and buildings, offering a wonderful view.

After that, go to the Liziba Platform and then head to a hidden shooting spot with few people to continue enjoying the scenery.

Part 3 Crazy Transportation in the mountain city

Head to the Crown Escalator in Lianglukou, the second longest escalator in Asia. Visit the Jianxingpo Stairs and the bustling local market. Take the escalator directly to the lower level urban block.

Then, walk past the abandoned train station and the underground wholesale market to reach the Caiyuanba Bund Bus Station. Take a bus to experience the 72-meter-high spiral overpass, making the bus feel like a “Sky Bus”.

Part 4 Cyberpunk Nightview

Take a taxi to Xiaohaoli, a cultural and creative block, which is rebuilt from an authentic old street.
Then take the cableway to cross the Yangtze River and return to the Jiefangbei area. It offers the best aerial view of the river scenery at night.
Take the metro to Grand Theatre, and then walk on the Bridge to capture the most beautiful skyline of Chongqing and the “Golden Castle” of Hongya Cave. After that, walk to Hongya Cave.

Optional: Visit Huangjuewan Park to take pictures of the Panlong Interchange, the most complex overpass in the world with 20 ramps.

Optional: the Two-River Night Cruise at the Hongya Cave Wharf and enjoy the most stunning cyberpunk night view of the two rivers in Chongqing.
